Installation

Mac

1. Download the .dmg file from the download page.
2. Open the .dmg and drag Bristol into your Applications folder.
3. On first launch, macOS may ask you to confirm you want to open the app. Click Open.

Windows

1. Download the .exe installer from the download page.

2. Run the installer. Windows SmartScreen may display a warning because Bristol is a new application that hasn’t yet built up a reputation with Microsoft.

   • Click More info.

   

   • Then click Run anyway.

   

3. Follow the installer prompts.

4. Bristol will be available from the Start menu once installed.

Note

This SmartScreen warning is normal for newly released apps. Bristol is safe to install — the warning will stop appearing once enough users have installed the application.
